Creliant Software Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 8th Floor, Baner Biz Bay, Laxman Nagar, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045 (hereinafter the “Company”, “CrelioHealth”, “Creliant”, “us”, “we” or “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects, uses, maintains, and shares information about you (“User” or “you”) when you interact with us on our website and mobile application, and when you use or access our Services or SaaS offerings.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Your use of or access to the Services (as defined below) constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices as described herein, please do not use the Services offered by the Company.

This Privacy Policy applies to your access to and use of the CrelioHealth platform and mobile application, which together provide the Services.

We may collect the following types of information from you, directly and indirectly, including but not limited to when you visit our website or mobile application, register on the site or mobile application, respond to a survey, fill out a form, or engage in other activities, services, features, or resources we make available.
Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
We provide an option for Users to log in using their Google account. If you choose this option, we will collect your email address from Google solely to authenticate your identity and provide access to our Services. This information is used exclusively for login purposes and is not shared with third parties except as required to provide our Services. You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google account settings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any activity performed using Google SSO.
Personally Identifiable Information
We may request Personally Identifiable Information as appropriate, which may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, residential address, and phone number.
Sensitive Personal Information
We may request Sensitive Personal Information, which may include, but is not limited to, financial information (such as preferred banking channels, payment methods, and card details), diagnostic reports, and other medical information.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they use our Services. - To assist with order management: We may use location data from the Phlebotomists app to share approximate ETA and distance when phlebotomists are on their way to fulfill an order. The information shared is used to assist our clients and customers with order status confirmations, delivery notifications, order alerts, and refunds where applicable.
How we protect your information
- The information you provide to us will be maintained in a secure manner, subject to disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and any license agreement you may enter into with us. The Company’s databases are stored on secure servers with appropriate firewalls. Communications on our website are secured using 256‑bit encryption. Your information is maintained by CrelioHealth in electronic form on company equipment and on the equipment of its employees. Such information may also be converted to physical form from time to time if required to render Services.
- CrelioHealth takes reasonable precautions to protect your personal information online and offline, implementing managerial, technical, operational, and physical security controls commensurate with industry standards and the nature of the information collected.
- To use the Services, you may be required to create a user account (“User Account”), which will be protected by a username and password that you provide. No administrator or employee at CrelioHealth will have knowledge of your password. You must protect against unauthorized access to your User Account, password, computer, and mobile device. Log off from your User Account when finished. The Company does not accept liability for unauthorized use of your account and password. You are solely responsible for all acts performed under your User Account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify the Company by emailing info@livehealth.in. You may be liable to indemnify the Company for any loss suffered due to unauthorized use of your User Account and password.
Disclosure
- CrelioHealth makes user information accessible to employees, agents, partners, and third parties only on a need-to-know basis and binds its employees to strict confidentiality obligations.
- CrelioHealth assists doctors, technicians, and patients in maintaining and organizing information. Accordingly, CrelioHealth may retain and submit records to appropriate authorities, doctors, or patients who request access to such information.
- Notwithstanding the above, CrelioHealth is not responsible for the confidentiality, security, or distribution of your Personal Information by partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreements with them. CrelioHealth is also not responsible for breach of security or actions of third parties or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage devices, computer crashes, encryption breaches, or poor internet or telephone service.
- Sharing Personal Information: Apart from use and disclosure of user information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and any license agreement with you, we do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share aggregated, non-identifiable demographic information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third-party service providers to help operate our business or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending newsletters or surveys. We will share your information with these third parties only for the limited purposes for which you have permitted us.
- Third-Party Websites: Users may find advertising or other content on our website or mobile application that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website or mobile application.
