Nursing homes
Nurses order in PointClickCare or MatrixCare and check pendings there. Results file back to the chart and print at the station.
Run your B2B on one proper system, so you and your facilities work well together.

One screen per facility, on the web and on a phone, with your logo on it: final reports, criticals, recollections and what the lab needs from them.
HL7 orders from PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Kipu, NextGen, eClinicalWorks and more. The facilities still on paper go through AiReq.
Into the EMR, printed at the facility the moment a report is released, in the portal, or by fax with a log. Criticals called and noted on the report.
The portal your facilities log into, how you set them up, the call-outs your team works and the pickups you run. Click a tab, or let it play.

Orders in and results out by HL7. Billing to your billing vendor by DFT. Reportables to the state. A pre-built connection is what makes a new facility a days-long setup instead of a project.

What changes for the lab once every facility is on the portal and the EMR is connected.
Orders arrive with the patient, the tests and the diagnosis code already in them. Results go back without anyone retyping.
From PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Kipu, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, LifePoint and others. An add-on from the EMR comes through as an update, not a rejected message.
Final results and amendments file into the facility's chart. Reportables go to the state. Charges go to your billing vendor by DFT.
Send-outs to Quest, Labcorp or a sister lab with a manifest, and results back into the same order.
A facility should never see our name. The portal they log into, the email that says a result is ready and the report they print all carry yours.

Your logo, colours, side banner and links on the client portal login, so the portal is part of your service, not a vendor's.
Result and notification emails go out white-labelled from your lab. Report PDFs and labels follow your format.
For labs that want the whole system under their brand, we offer full white-labelling. Ask us on the demo.
The facility's order is in the system, from its EMR or the portal, before anyone draws a tube.
Accessioning creates the pickup manifest per facility and emails it the day before. From November.
The phlebotomist sees only their facilities' draws, notes refusals and signs. The nurse co-signs.
Dispatch plans the stops and the trip and assigns the pickup partner. Samples show as in flight.
The lab receives against the manifest. Nine of eleven shows as nine of eleven, and the facility hears about the two.
Results go back to the facility's EMR, its printer and the portal, with criticals called first.
Today a phlebotomist finds out what to draw when they reach the building. Here the draw list, the pickup and the receiving are the same record.
The phlebotomist opens the facility and sees only its pending draws, with vial counts and tube type, notes refusals and signs. The nurse co-signs. Draw lists from November.
Dispatch assigns the trip and the pickup partner, stop by stop, recurring or one-off. The lab sees what is in flight before it arrives. Trips and stops live today.
Scan the batch against the manifest and it is received, labels printed, audit trail kept. What did not arrive is visible, not discovered at the bench. Receiving live today, manifest from November.

Counselors and front-desk staff order tox and infectious-disease panels from Kipu or the portal; physicians read results.
Routine blood work by HL7 from the practice EMR, results back the same way, under your lab's name.
Send-outs with a manifest, results and amendments back by HL7.
Reference work from other labs, with their own portal login and rejection reports.

2,500+ labs on CrelioHealth, 40M+ tests a year, 100+ ready integrations.
Patient experience and B2B customer experience have improved a lot after using CrelioHealth. Also, there is white-labeling of emails and SMS, making it easier for us to give a quality experience to our patients.
We needed a cloud-based LIS system to track and report patient clinical test results, store and track samples, and review research-related results. Crelio is able to address all these needs.
One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it was to implement. Being cloud-based, the setup was quick and straightforward, requiring minimal resources on our end. The integration process with other platforms has also been fast and painless, allowing us to get up and running without disruption.
CrelioHealth LIMS helps improve the laboratory sample workflow in a modern way. The support team integrated all lab equipment, controls, and systems (barcode readers) to work seamlessly. Additional features requested are never denied and are always implemented in a timely manner.
Crelio LIS is easy to use. The customer support is very helpful and always responsive. We have added 4 panels to our Molecular department, and each time it was a simple, quick process. I use this system every day as a Lab Manager, Accessioner, and Molecular Technologist. The QC features are helpful for monthly QC audits. The system was easy to integrate into our machines (Indiko, Bio-Rad, and LCMS).
This LIS is very user-friendly and easy to use. It is easy to navigate, easy to enter results (manually if needed), easy to register, easy to order tests, and easy to modify, add, and delete. The Crelio team has given us complete support whenever I need it. They are easy to understand, hold my hand, and walk me through everything.

The pathology labs winning right now are not the ones with the most FTEs. They are the ones with the best..

Read moreNo. Facilities keep ordering in their EMR. We take HL7 orders from PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Kipu, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, LifePoint and others, and results go back the same way. Facilities without an EMR order in the client portal.
Yes. Your logo, colours, side banner and links on the login page, and your name on every result and notification email. Labs that want the whole system under their brand can have full white-labelling.
Yes. Finished reports print automatically on the facility's own printer as they are released, so the nursing station has them without logging in. The portal, the EMR and fax carry the same report.
Scan them. AiReq reads the requisition and creates the order for your team to check, so a paper facility does not mean retyping at the bench.
A rejection report PDF and, if the facility is integrated, an HL7 message with the reason and a request to reorder, on the same accession. Tests the lab quietly corrects are dismissed in-house and never reach the facility.
Upload their NPI numbers. We create the facilities and referring providers from the NPI registry, you fix anything inline before creating, and you bulk-update users and settings afterwards.
A 30-minute demo on your own facility list: the branded portal, results landing in the EMR and at the station, and the pickup manifest. We send the one-pager after.
