Document intake

Reads what a lab receives, drafts what the order needs.

A document arrives in whatever condition the sender chose. Identity and insurance are read in the same pass — no per-clinic template to set up first.

Review and confidence

Scores the read. It never approves it.

The score is the model’s certainty about its own reading. It gives the technician confidence; it never gives the software authority.

Out of the box, at least six fields in ten need no correction. On our latest test of 248 real requisitions, it was about 85 in 100. The figure that counts is the one measured on the lab’s own documents — which is what the first batch is for.

What it accepts

However it turns up.

Requisitions, insurance cards and identity documents — whatever condition the sender chose. PDF, JPG, PNG or TIFF, one page or many.

Scan to email

Email it in. AiReq logs what arrived.

Batch processing

Batches in, worklists out.

One submission runs as a background job — no tab to keep open. A page that cannot be read becomes its own item instead of holding the batch behind it.

Inside the LIS

A confirmed order, already in the system.

The order is created in CrelioHealth, where accessioning already happens — no export file, no second system, no re-keying. Tests land on the lab’s own test list, and the referring client and physician on its own masters.

AiReq owns whether the order matches its documents. Whether a payer accepts it is Revenue Guard.

Any other LIS

On a different system, the order still gets out.

The read is the same whichever system a lab runs; only the way out changes.

HL7 and FHIR
Not available today. Which LIS a lab runs is settled before it signs up, not after.
Toxicology

Medications, test by test.

Screening, confirmation and prescribed drugs are read against the test they belong to. On the CrelioHealth registration screen they attach from the lab’s own drug and brand lists, metabolites included.

Molecular and PCR

Panels, read as written.

Respiratory, UTI and STI panels are read off the form and matched to the lab’s own test list by name and code — the list the lab already keeps, with nothing rebuilt for AiReq.

Clinical and routine

The whole order, codes included.

Chemistry, hematology and routine orders are read with the diagnosis codes, insurance and collection date on the form. On the CrelioHealth registration screen all three carry into the order.

Try it yourself

See it read your own requisitions.

Send a stack of your own forms — whatever turns up — and we’ll show you what came back, field by field, including what it got wrong.

Security

A signed BAA, named subprocessors, and a person on every order.
